All membership fees are non-refundable. Because membership provides immediate access to website content, research materials, and member features, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

Paid Classified Advertisements

Fees paid for classified advertisements are non-refundable. Listing fees are charged for advertising space on the website and are not dependent on whether the listed item sells. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for expired, removed, declined, or unsold listings, except at the sole discretion of site administration.

Buy/Sell Transactions Between Members

Vintage1911s.com is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction between members. All sales between buyers and sellers are considered final, unless otherwise agreed directly between the buyer and seller. Vintage1911s.com does not issue refunds, accept returns, guarantee listings, mediate disputes, or assume responsibility for the condition, authenticity, payment, shipment, transfer, or legality of any item listed or sold through the site.

Buyer and Seller Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying all details of a transaction before completing a sale, including item description, condition, authenticity, legality, payment method, shipping arrangements, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any attempt to dispute or reverse membership or advertising fees after services have been provided may result in suspension or termination of account access, classified privileges, or other site services.
